last chance to swap

I was walking home from work last week and spotted this amazing trunk in my neighbor's garbage. It's made of metal and super heavy, but I dragged it home. All the straps are leather and its marked with all these old labels from its travels. I think I might use it as inspiration for the swap! How perfectly strange is that?

For whatever reason when I entered your blog, the last entry was the 26th of April so I put in to join the swap. When I returned to the blog it then pulled up yesterdays and notified us that the 30th was the deadline. Sorry! Just count me in for the next one and I will do better abt. keeping up with the entries!

Hey Anonymous. I'm not going to use the actual case for the swap. It really really heavy and would cost a fortune to ship. I was thinking of maybe using all the cool labels as inspiration. Judging by the labels, the case travelled on lots of boats, so maybe something inspired by old cruise ships. I don't know really...
