Hi,
I tried to apply the promo code for 20 percent off listed on this website on August first. It didn't work and I called free people and they said that they hadn't heard of it. I was very disapointed. What went wrong? I love your clothes and wanted to place an order.

i tried to place an order like this too!!! i placed the order and then noticed the promo didnt work then called to get it fixed and they didnt know what i was talking about! :/

i tried to use this promo code too! i submitteded an order and realized only after that the code didnt apply....i called your service line and they had no clue about the promo code. i love free people and have never been disappointed in your service, but thats a real bummer...
