valentine craft swap!!!
It's the anniversary of our first ever Free People craft swap! Valentine craft swap 2008 starts now.
For those of you who have not swapped before, here's how it works...
You sign up to swap and are sure to give me you correct mailing address and email. I hook you up with another swapper anywhere in the world (or just in the US if you prefer). I email you all of your partner's information. You have a few weeks to make your partner absolutely anything you want based on the theme of Valentine's Day. Then you mail your gift to your partner, and they mail you one in return. And everyone has a happy Valentine's Day!
Sign up for the swap here. It will be fuuun. Sign up deadline is Wednesday January 30th.

Hey swappers,
No price limit is set. Sometimes the most creative things are made with materials you already have, or maybe you find something amazing at a yard sale and embellish it. It is ok to spend a little money too. Whatever you are comfortable doing.

I want to join sooOOO bad, this sounds like so much fun!
I signed up 5 days ago and haven't recieved a reply... then I sent another request 2 days ago and still didn't recieve a reply!
Now its the night before the deadline to sign up and I haven't recieved a reply and I afraid I'm not gonna be part of the swap!
I'm so bummed, I was really excited about this... it'd be my first swap.
CAN ANYONE HELP ME!

Hi Rosie.
Don't worry!!! I haven't sent responses to anyone and wont until all of the participants have signed up. It will take me a few days to compile the info and send out the emails. Expect an email sometime next week with your partner's info. In the mean time, you can start your craft! Thanks for signing up!

I haven't really heard anything about the crafts that people received this year... is there a way to post them on fickr yet? Also, my partner was a bum and I never received a craft, only sent one. I was wondering if there was anyone else like me who got stiffed and if there's anything to be done about it?
