the price is ridiculous. I really think you need to alter it. I just want to purchase a ring, and I long for it so very much, but I have to pay a silly amount to post it – and its a tiny thing!!!!!!!!!!
Hi I ordered a dress and imported it – ok I did expect an import tax on top f the delivery charge which was about £15.00 but Parcelforce’s ‘admin charges’ of the another £13,50 on top of the costs I found totally ridiculous and over the top. I think I would advise customers to be careful when importing with this extra unanticipated charge as it proves too costly. Thanks
I live in the UK and I’ve bought from Freepeople many times. It’s all about getting something different so I don’t mind the extra charges. Asos UK stocks some of Freepeople clothing.
I bought some clothes a month ago, I spent around £140 , my customs charges were £70 on top of this which I’ve paid and I’m still waiting for my clothes. Parcelforce could not locate my address which is ridiculous as they’re a delivery company, when I called to change the address they wouldn’t let me. They tried to redeliver the goods and still couldn’t find the address. They finally let me change the delivery address which I’ve just paid a £5.50 delivery charge. I’m really hoping they deliver my goods tomorrow otherwise they’re going back and I’m getting a refund… I love the clothes that I ordered but its not worth the hassle!!!

Postage is extortionate. Very disappointed can’t afford to waste money. Shame because there are lots of things I’d order from this site.
