Now you can write reviews of Free People stuff you have purchased. Let other customers know how much you loved it, how it fits, or what you like to wear it with. Free People employees will be writing reviews too, letting you know something special about the design, or sharing their favorite items. Check out this review by a customer named Edanna for the Spanish Tiers Skirt:
“It goes with everything and is perfect for going to class, or just wandering around town. It is so beautiful in person and has a more hippie vibe than the picture is showing. It is also the perfect length for boots or heels. Sandals as nice too. Easy to dress up with a nice top, or just pair with a t-shirt.”

Wow, I am loving this feature! I’ve already written in and I can’t wait until more shoppers review products – I’m anxiously awaiting their responses!
It seems that FP are really taking reviews seriously and when customers write in about discrepancies, etc. they add a note to the product page. This info is great for potential buyers!! I just hope that new customers realize that the reviewers wrote their comments pointing these things out before this handy notes were posted. You know?
Yay! Happy reviewing!

Hello,
Do all serious reviews get accepted & posted? I was curious because I did a few reviews at once and while most are up(the ones with 5 stars), another has not been put up(the one with two stars).
Please let me know.
THANKS

question…who is the model that’s showing the “togo necklace”? i was watching america’s next top model and i could’ve sworn i saw her as an example of a model from priscilla’s model management. could you help me out? i’m dying to know if i’m right or just seeing things.

Hi Anonymous and FPFan!
Thanks for posting reviews-we really appreciate it! We are loving all of the feedback that we’ve been receiving!
Re: Reviews being posted vs not posted. We post the vast majority of the reviews that we receive-both the good and the bad. We do have to reject a few reviews, but only because they are off topic or did not meet review guidelines, not because they were low rated. We do notice that some reviews, once approved, take anywhere from an hour to 12 hours to show up. So it could be possible that your 5 star review showed up sooner than your lower rated review. If you do not see if now, please post a comment with your email address and review nickname and FPgirl will pass along to me to look into. (She won’t publish the comment, so your email address will be safe!)
xoxo
