I want to tell you why I love this blog, Girl Meets NYC. I read lots of blogs (duh), but really, most blogs I’m just looking at the pictures. And if the picture is super amazing, then I’ll take a read.
But Girl Meets NYC makes me want to read what she’s writing. I love that she’s actually talking about something, and that fashion and beautiful imagery can make her think about the world and her surroundings, and issues that affect our everyday lives.
Take her last few posts for example. She examines racism, childhood memories of running through fields, Martin Luther King Jr. and taking ACTION, and the power of honesty. All of this paired with beautiful images.

Hi, couldn’t help but find this since I have a program that allows me to see how visitors find my blog, and so many of my recent visitors have found my blog from here.
Anyway, I am so flattered that you like my blog so much, it means a lot to me to hear people say such things! :)
AND I have to tell you I happen to love Free People, ever since I first discovered it strolling down 5th Avenue one day, and if only I didn’t have the budget of a staving artist, I’d shop there more often! ;)
xoxo,
S-C

I have read the FP blog for quite some time now and I must say it alone has helped to inspire me to create one of my own. Not only for exposing my photography but also to SEE what other people are creating, thinking, doing. Now I know how great it truly is!
And I must say the caravan of curiosities is always my favorite to read. :)
