Is this position still available? I'm trying to apply but there the state/province drop down menu is empty and it won't let me continue.

I recently applied for this position via the URBN.com website, but am finding it impossible to do any sort of follow-up! I really, really want this job and want to at least make sure that someone has received my resume. Is there anything I can do to follow-up?
