These gorgeous images were all taken using infrared photography, which uses an image sensor or film that is sensitive to infrared light, as opposed to normal visible light. The way various objects reflect infrared light is quite different from how they reflect visible light, which is why the green on the trees turns white, and the sky looks much darker.
