Timothy Findley’s “Pilgrim” is a fabulous book. It’s definitely not an easy read, but it’s wonderfully written, and is a great book, especially if you’re a fan of historical fiction!

What a wonderful idea. I’m a total bibliomaniac! Currently I am reading Treasure Island by Robert Louis Stevenson. As child I loved a series that was based on the book, and ever since I wished to read it. Also, it is a classic and it is never bad to know the classics, is it.
So, I wish you luck with your new project!
Have a nice … wait what time is it “over there”?
For me, it’s sunday evening… Well, have a good time!!

I recently read The Archivist by Martha Cooley. Its about T.S. Eliot’s poetry and the life of a man in his own created solitude – really beautiful!

This is a wonderful idea. I am currently reading “Eat, Pray, Love” and it is wonderful. “The Kite Runner” and “A Thousand Splendid Suns” are both books that I think everyone should read. Good luck, hope everything goes well and people are interested! I certainly am.

I love books & I think that there would be some interesting stuff posted here. I’ve been reading “Eat, Pray, Love” by Elizabeth Gilbert, which is amazingly well written & honest. Christopher Moore is hilarious & I love Chuck Pahalniuk, but he’s not for everyone. I’d love to see what others suggest!

Yes! Yes! Please!! There’s a really great collection of personal essays that came out this summer in the book “Love is a Four Letter Word”. That is my recommendation. and it has comics too :)

I would love to be part of a book club! I’m a student so I have a hard time sitting down with a book of my own. This would totally help me take some time out of the day for reading. I’d like to read more Miller and Nin as well as some period romances like Wuthering Heights (perfect for the holidays). It would also be fun to read something like Harry Potter with a group.

That is a brilliant idea! Two great books I’ve read recently are The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold and Neverwhere by Neil Gaiman. Ishmael by Daniel Quinn is also very good.

I have recently read Dean Koontz ” Darkest day of the year” and i absolutely recommend it to the fullest! All though is sounds dark, its not quite so at all. Its a mixture of romance, and air of eeriness with a great twist :)

I LOVE THIS IDEA! I’m always looking for a new book to read and I think that this will help me find some new, awesome ones! I recently read Pillars of the Earth by Ken Follett. In case you don’t know, it is a historical fiction book about the building of a cathedral set in 12th century England. (It’s also a love story!) I really enjoyed it, even though it’s pretty lengthy, about 1,000 pages. I definitely recommend it to anyone who like history and romance!
