i still miss you kurt.

news came out last week that universal studios is finally moving forward with a biopic about kurt cobain, just days before what would have been his 43rd birthday (this past saturday).
who do you think should play him?

Hands down Joe Anderson. It was said earlier, but it can’t be said enough. He was in Across The Universe and even did a movie called “The 27 Club” I most definitely think he can handle the intensity of the role, he looks and sounds identical to Kurt, it’s almost scary. Michael Pitt played a roll similar to Kurt in Gus Van Sant’s “Last Days.” He doesn’t look like Kurt but can handle dark characters better than any other actor I know, and he’s not mainstream which would be key for this movie. You can’t have someone with a status like Brad Pitt’s playing Kurt Cobain or it will not tribute him the way he deserves. But my vote is for Joe Anderson. If he doesn’t take the role, I don’t know who else would.

‘The Rhythm of the Night’

Surreal, lullingly pleasant, quirky and warm. Were all senses that were provoking the air around me last night.
The night was Vetiver at Johnny Brendas here in Philly.I’ve always been a huge fan of Andy Cabric, I think his voice is something very special and it helps that he can jig around a little with his guitar too!
The evening was magical, especially for a Monday night.
My wandering eye was pinned on this sweet looking folk girl and her beau. How great do they look? I think they must have jumped straight on the bus from Laurel Canyon.
A Perfect folk outfit don’t you think?

pleasee helpp! i love free people they have the cutest clothes and i love all of them, but there was this one shirt from last season that is orange blue and white and its spagetti straps with buttons. it also came i grey white and pink/purpe. it is an adorable top and when i was going to buy it, it was sold out. i really want to find this shirt because i love it so please if you know the name of this shirt or have it let me know. if you know a place where i can find it please let me know because i need this shirttt! thanks

this album isn’t exactly new but i just discovered it and i had to share! the phenomenal handclap band consists of eight core members from new york/brooklyn – it’s sort of a mix of blues, electronic and soul, with a little bit of psychedelic rock – no two songs sound the same.
check out this video for the song “baby” – and tell me you aren’t singing it in your head all day!

we love this shirt!

the we the free scoop neck tunic is a HUGE hit with fp girls here at the office! we caught seven girls wearing it today! it is super soft and comfy- i’ve been eying it up for a while now, i just can’t decide which color i like best :)
