this is what i keep telling myself…it could be worse. surgery this friday for my ankle, but it will heal and soon enough everything will be back to normal.

I hope you feel better!!! I have to tell myself this over and over … I’ve been bumming about finding a job lately and it is NOT fun to do :-( but it could be worse..
after surgery you should go to physical therapy for your ankle, and once the doctor gives you the clear get into yoga and running. i did this after back surgery and it’s really helped my body heal faster and stronger. best of luck <3

and it will heal. I have an ankle screwed together with what looks like plumbers tape inside & a handful of screws all cockeyed from Home Depot or something…. that was a rough time, but better now.
