guest blog post: the february catalog girls

Hi, It’s me again! As guest blogger and part stylist of the February Catalog I wanted to show you this video highlighting the unique styles of our 4 girls. This month we styled our models to reflect our FP girls, and I worked with our videographer to have some of the key outfits explained. Here’s a little insight into how we think through styling our girls!

which girl do you all identify with the most? we would love to know!

martha is always my favortie model because she is just breathetaking to look at. but i am not ginger. i am definately more meadow and candy. i love all things nature flowy and floral and fun. jessica does make the perfect lou. all the models represent the fp girls so well.

I always love when you feature Noot in your catalogs, and I really loved the model you cast as Candy. She has such a pretty, fresh face. She reminds me of a combination of the Skin’s UK characters Cassie (Season 1-2) and Grace (Season 5-6). I hope you feature them both in the future.

Meadow!

heather -February 15, 2011, 8:14PM

is it possible to be a candy/lou? haha!

Ashleigh -February 16, 2011, 12:26AM

Definitely Candy – I’m always describing my go-to pieces as lace, ruffled, or floral items. I always say “I’ll buy just about anything if you put lace on it.”
In fact I said that tonight, whilst buying a lace skirt…. pathetic -.-

Meadow & Lou! Love, love, love!

I am definitely Lou; most of the clothes in my wardrobe are neutrals and I always want to be comfortable.

Gabi Barbará -February 17, 2011, 10:48AM

Great video!! Now I want all the accessories! haha! I am totally Lou! I just love this confortable, tomboyish style :) My clothes are usually neutral color, simple and confortable, and I vary on the accessories. :)

I’ve got to go with Ginger, though maybe with a solid print dress. :)

totally Sandy

mariek -May 6, 2011, 4:29PM

In this video, I would have to say Ginger. I love her going out (I just went shopping)look. It’s new and updated, showy, but not so out there but yet quiet.

Well actually none. I was just looking at pretty woman and not really about the business of identifying but now that you ask I will give it some consideration.
