In 1848, thousands of men migrated to Placerville, CA in search of gold after hearing news of it’s discovery. A few weeks ago Lauren and I visited the birthplace of The Gold Rush via historic Highway 49, and found ourselves on our own search of treasures and antiques . . .

Those old snapshot photo books are great…and usually nearly empty and devoid of photos for some reason.

digging the film cameras. almost every modeling picture I have done has been with film. analogical photographs are more real, more vibrant. film has the ability to capture hues & shades that digital oversees … and I believe that our memories are more of what our mind interprets, and the shades your eyes absorb. long live film <3 you can check some of my latest ballet film of the work I have done below. xxx
