Question: What’s with pictures being taken where the subject is in view but everything else is blurred? Is this a new photo editing technique? I noticed a lot of the behind the scene photos from Venice were like this. What gives?

Why weren’t you guys at ACL this past weekend?! My friend and I wore Free People every day hoping to see you guys :)
