DO: sleep in
Sometimes you just need to sleep in and not feel an ounce of guilt about it. Life is go go go, and there are ten million things you want to do. It’s easy to forget how exhausted you are sometimes. Or maybe you take note, but that doesn’t stop you from packing more things into your day and limiting the hours of sleep. Take advantage of the weekend. Don’t set an alarm, and sleep until your heart desires. Hang out, read a book, cuddle with your pet, and take time getting up. Just for once, don’t rush yourself, and relish in the sea of calm. The body needs this to rebuild. It’s healthy to do once in a while, and there’s absolutely no reason to feel bad about it.
