Andres Amador’s Sand Art

Post image for Andres Amador’s Sand Art

San Francisco artist Andres Amador uses the beach as his canvas, racing against the tide to create these large scale temporary masterpieces using a rake or stick. I would so love to stumble upon one of his works of art on the beach one day… and I’m kindof inspired to make my own while I’m at the shore this weekend!

That is so stunning. Kind of reminds me of Andy Goldsworthy’s art, with how temporary his art is and using nature as a canvas. Thanks for sharing!
