We’ve all been there… those weeks when you feel like your head is going to spin off due to too many things happening at once.

Stress can cause a lot of problems to your beauty: depression, anxiety, mood swings, and procrastination – all of which make your inner beauty to struggle to fight through.

Try not to get stressed. I know it’s easier said than done, but relax, take deep breaths, go to bed early, exercise and don’t let it get the better of you. Life’s too short! You thrive best when you’re happy and beautiful.

If you’re suffering from a stressful day try some peppermint tea. Put fresh mint leaves into hot water and infuse for a couple of minutes then sip away. Peppermint tea is thought to have greater stress relieving attributes than chamomile and it helps with uncomfortable tummies too.

Thanks for the great idea! I made tea out of the mint from my herb garden tonight, it was wonderful! it was the perfect cure for a stressful Monday!
