The Talented Miss Mulligan was featured in US Vogue back in October 2010, but only the other day I came across it and I immediately fell in love. Actress Carey Mulligan looks at home on set out in the Old West.

The shoot portrays outtakes on a movie set. Carey Mulligan dresses in haute couture and looks curiously into the eyes of the camera with only one prominent accessory: a black riding hat. The designs of Valentino, Dior, and Chanel are shown, 3 couture designers I admire so much. The work that goes into these one off designs always fascinates me; the pieces are like works of art and tell a story all on their own, why wouldn’t they? They are haute couture after all. I always fantasize that one day I’ll get to wear something couture, but for now the vision only remains in my dreams. Do you have a favorite Couture design that you dream to wear one day?
