Halloween used to be one of my absolute favorite holidays, but I think at a certain point we all tend to outgrow it a bit, and then maybe return to it later in life and appreciate it again. This year I’m trying to really enjoy the season of Halloween and embrace it, and its bringing back a lot of those old feelings I had for it. I’m definitely a superstitious person and I’m fascinated by the idea of spirits and séances and all those things. I love the dark beauty that comes with Halloween, and that is not something you need to outgrow! Embrace your bewitching self and get in the spirit, not just today but until Halloween comes around. Light candles and burn incense, go for long walks through haunted forests and dance around bonfires, carve pumpkins and soak in all the mystery and mischief that arrives this time of year.

We embrace halloween as a time for generosity- throwing parties and we also try to come up with something really fun for the trick or treaters. This year i am really working on coming up with cool indoor and outdoor decorations.
I agree with the sentiments you express — but the inner child doesn’t want to come and play for this one. I hope everyone else has a ball.
I still love Halloween, there is far to much fun to be had.
