When you own a one piece romper that’s plain, with an easy shape, multiple outfits will follow if you get creative. I always like to experiment with how many looks I can create with a plain one piece, from a going out look, to a casual look, and then a beach look - the possibilities can be endless!
Here I picked out our Emma Romper that’s plain black and made from a comfortable jersey fabric, to create 2 looks: an evening look and a causal day look.
(above) For my evening look I would team our Harvest Moon Peplum Top over the top of the romper so the look becomes a trousers and cute top silhouette. I would wear heels like our Magic Heel and our Frida Diamond Pendant for an elegant yet comfortable look.
For a casual day look I would team the Emma Romper with Studded Converse shoes and statement jacket like this one that’s coming in soon. I would add one final touch and that would a cool necklace. I thought the same thing the minute I saw this romper – I normally do not wear black but this is an exception…it is a MUST purchase for me and will be an important staple in my closet. I love the fact that it is strapless and you can still layer it up if need be.
I need to get on the peplum train. Love this look.
