Learning The Yoga Way Of Life

Post image for Learning The Yoga Way Of Life

Practicing yoga can be a beautiful experience, one that makes you feel enlightened and whole. Once you’ve mastered an asana sequence, the benefits start to flow. Here Thayne Dibble, a yoga instructor from Bikram Yoga Philadelphia, shows us an elegant composition of Bikram postures and talks to us about what yoga means to her. Enjoy!

oh my gosh this is so inspiring. i’ve been doing yoga since december last year and have noticed how the practice of it affects my lifestyle – what i eat, how i walk, how i communicate my thoughts and yes, it is such a beautiful experience. i hope i can be as good as her!

I’m just starting to get into yoga again, and this video makes me want to blow off my responsibilities and just do yoga all day.

I have an addiction to Moksha Hot Yoga! And this video is so awesome &inspiring! It’s really great to take your yoga practice off of the mat!

I just started yoga a couple months ago and already I feel so much stronger. I agree that when I do yoga I feel like I’m doing something very good for myself.

Beautiful video! Thank you so much for sharing! Yes, I agree. Yoga does something else for me that I am not quite sure of either. It’s definitely soothing mentally and physically, but the spirituality of it is the greatest part about yoga for me. It reminds me that I am always whole no matter what and that everything I want to be is already within me. I recently started a blog about yoga and conscious living. Stop by sometime:)

thank you so much for this! so inspiring! I have also been doing yoga since 2009 and whenever I have moments of less or no practice I really can tell this is something I want to keep a regular part of my routine for the rest of my life! She seems like such a beautiful, open and welcoming person :) I love yoga teachers like that :)

I love yoga. It makes me calm down and really center myself. After yoga I can focus on what is important, not the trivial things in life!

Know your facts before you publish what is supposed to be an inspiring blog post… Bikram is not the yoga that anyone should support. I would argue that it is not even yoga for that matter.

I prefer Ashtanga yoga, but the message is still inspiring… eat well, nourish your spirit, and have fun!

Nice video. It helps me a lot in my yoga exercises. But one more thing, these steps can harm body if you are inexperienced. So a yoga beginner should follow these steps under an experienced tutor or person. More info visit at http://www.prasanthistudio.com/etiquette.html
