Indigo is the color of wisdom and intuition. It represents an inner awareness of spirituality, and allows for deep focus during meditation. It gives an ability for planning the future, and brings about a love of rituals. Those who feel connected to indigo are faithful, idealistic, and intuitive. They are truthful by nature and have sincere personalities.
This month’s lookbook is called Blue Belle, and it’s filled with layer upon layer of gorgeous indigo hues in menswear-inspired styles. To go along with this trend, I wanted to share some indigo color palette inspiration. As I type, my hands are covered in indigo paint – and I’m loving every minute of it. :)

What a coincidence!Yesterday i looked at my paintings and made conclusion that I use indigo in every painting,so i’m very pleasant to read about it!Thanks!
hmm, this is one of my favorite colors to use as dye! love your photos…
indigo (dye) in its purest form has a really amazing history. the making of a traditional japanese indigo dye bath is a ritual all its own! you should look into it if you’re interested in this trend! ikat and shibori are amazing processes with a rich history.
So that’s why I am drawn to this color…
