Monday Quote: Every Experience Holds a Blessing

“Every experience, no matter how bad it seems, holds within it a blessing of some kind. The goal is to find it.”- Buddha

This is one of those quotes that will reign true throughout life.  It’s helped me recently in the midst of changes. I read this, and it acts as affirmation that there will always be a light at the end of the tunnel, no matter what tunnel you’re headed down.  As humans, we are constantly changing, learning, and growing, based on the things we experience from day to day—good and bad. That being said, it is important to be able to find your way out of the darkness and acknowledge the glimmer of goodness that resulted, whatever it may be.  Like the quote by Buddha says, every experience holds within it a blessing, a lesson to take along with you on your journey.  It is essential to be able to stay positive and find the good in every situation you might encounter along the way.
