The January catalog features the ever-beautiful Sasha Pivovarova as captured by her husband Igor Vishnyakov in their home. I had the pleasure of attending a day of the shoot, and it was incredible to see these two work together — the level of ease and comfort they have with one another is just gorgeous.
It was also really cool to see all of Sasha’s artwork that was displayed throughout. She’s so talented, and the catalog actually features artwork that Sasha specifically created for it. Here’s a look behind the scenes…
Just some beautiful artwork casually laid out on the bed. :)
Sasha even made these awesome dolls.
Look out for more behind-the-scenes shots later on this week!

Her stomach is so flat! I wish mine was like that. What kind of exercises does she do? That would be a great post to see.
Beautiful shoot and so refreshing. Where can I find the dress in picture 9?
Stella – it’s the Destruction In Lace Dress.:)
She is such an inspiration! I can’t contain my excitement about this new catalog and the video about her. Ahhh love it! xx http://www.readygypsetgo.com
I have been to the farm stores and seen the over priced packages of stuff labeled “organic fertilizer” that has very low
content of the three components that actually work as fertilizers in the mix and the store sales persons tell me that that
it is really a soil amendment that does not waste the
fertilizer ingredients it has in it as run off the
way as the inorganic version do. By buying organic cotton and
food we are showing that we care. Common nuts served in your organic bird food diet usually include
almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, macadamias, peanuts, pistachios and
walnuts. ‘ Organic food is good for the environment- Natural pesticide use allows for less pesticide run off,
which is common in conventional farming. This incident illustrates why so many responsible processors and
marketers in the organic industry shun organic imports,.
