Simple Lemon Honey Salad Dressing

I always seem to be drawn to complexity — I love constructing outfits with layers on layers; filling my home with curated clutter; and that weird feeling that surrounds my head when trying to pick apart the universe, life, and what happens before and after — but in a world filled with so much of everything… oftentimes simplicity is what we crave.

This salad dressing is exactly that: simple. It’s made with only 5 ingredients, and it’s not missing a darn thing. It’s perfectly simple, and simply perfect. Treat your taste buds to the deliciousness that is this lemon honey salad dressing and be taken into the refreshing world of spring! Use it to top your kale salad or marinate your grilled veggies. Honey and lemon belong together… and this dressing belongs on all of your meals.

I make this salad dressing all the time- it goes well with everything!
I love using it on a shaved brussels sprouts salad with dried cranberries, feta, and slivered almond. The mix of textures and flavors is divine.

I kept looking online for no vinegar salad dressings, and all of them used either mayonnaise or Dijon mustard, both of which contained vinegar! (Duh?) This is the first (and so far) only lemon dressing recipe I have found that is completely vinegar free. Thank you. (I also substituted all-fruit orange marmalade for the honey.)
