The western landscape of the United States is nothing short of magic. Driving through the desert, dusty red rocks twist and turn towards the sky in the most organic shapes, creating a breathtaking contrast against the blue of the sky. Roads weave through the landscape, making way for the natural lay of the land, instead of the other way around. Here, nature swallows you whole — you’re nothing but a tiny speck in a sea of earth, sand, and dust. There couldn’t be a more perfect backdrop for an adventure, and many of us have done just that — packed up, hit the road, and driven out into its wide open expanse. I love these photos from our March shoot taken by Thomas Northcut, who captures the experience behind the scenes… let’s go get lost.
