This looks delicious. :)
As an aside, I make my smoothies with full-fat Greek yogurt and they’re absolutely delicious – super creamy. The strained nonfat kind packs lots of protein, which is nice, but if you’re using an organic brand the good fats in the yogurt will keep you full and satiated for longer. The kind of yogurt people actually eat in Greece – and have been eating for generations while consistently being rated as one of the healthiest, longest-living countries on the planet – is definitely not strained of its fat. :) Enjoy your smoothies!
So delicious. I’m addicted to smoothies in the morning.
And I adore that little glass “carton” that the blueberries are in!
