Make A Summer Bucket List

For those of us in the northern hemisphere, this Saturday marks the summer solstice. With those two words alone comes a wave of excitement, along with sunshine vibes and thoughts of endless fun activities.

Summer always seems to be somewhat of a tease though; it comes and goes so quickly… and soon you find yourself in its last days, wishing you would have found the time to try that or go there. To see them or make that. “Next time,” you think to yourself.

Well, lucky us – next time is right now! So get out your handmade notebook and favorite pen (heck no, we will not do this digitally) and start listing off everything you’re excited to do during these next few months; every little thing you want to try the first time; every big adventure you can’t wait to embark on. If it makes your heart skip a beat to think about, put it on that list. Here are some of mine…

I was thinking about making a list like this, some great suggestions on yours! If you make the essential oils, I’d love to see how!

Such a wonderful idea and such a great list; it looks like you’ll have an exciting summer!!! On my list is creating a new home that is a peaceful sanctuary, hiking on a new unfamiliar tree lined trail, spending more time simply sitting and enjoying my garden, watching the clouds, and sleeping outside under the full moon…

There’s too many limitations for me to do anything about…

My heart skipped a beat about going to New York with my friend. He’s going for free, I rarely travel. Never really have but once or twice a few states away from the midwest.

But my parents said no. Money and parents are the thorn in my side, and I’m 23. That’s not the beginning of my limits. I’ve just been in a breakdown mode ever since I got a “no” to going out of town with my guy friend.

I have no control over my life, and have tried to think of escapes for months now. I’m so so so sad…

@Cierra
That’s the story of my life. I’m 21; still need permission for every little thing. And my dad’s first answer to anything is a ‘no’.

Great idea.
I just accomplished one item I borrowed from this list. I spent the last 24 hours barefoot. And I loved every minute of it! Maybe I should go for 48? ;)
