Spring In: The Wash Shop

I’m washed out and ready for spring.

Faded clothing is simply nostalgic to me; it takes me to magical times under the sun. You know, those days when the rays are soaking into your clothes softly, after hours and hours spent outside. It’s breezy and you’re out in the garden, or reading at the park, never wanting the moment to end. I’m ready for the flowers to bloom, with worn out denim in muted shades. The Wash Shop has me wishing away winter and welcoming spring with open arms. (16 days away, not like I’m counting!)

I love this pant. I love this pant. I love this pant. Three times, I love it that much. The lavender wash stole my heart with this one. It’s playful, and pretty much my go-to for spring. I’m all about comfort and cool here; pairing the denim with a muted basic top, and some loafers, I’m set; ready for brunch on the porch with my friends, and star gazing on a blanket into the night.

I’m a tomboy at heart. Denim on denim with some worn converse is kind of my thing. I loved pairing these matte coal washed jeans with a slouchy denim jacket to play off faded hues and textures, with an angular white tee to add a feminine touch. A clean and refreshing palette to breathe in spring.

  1. Love this! That first outfit is so fun and effortless… This gets me excited to pack up my winter gear and start shopping for spring… Great post :)

  2. I like that this look isn’t too over the top or risque. It shows that even more masculine clothes can look put together!
