Corrin Arasa and Amalia Romp know a thing or two about creating truly stunning moments for all of life’s big events…
especially weddings. The two are part of the powerhouse team that makes up Patina Rentals — Arasa is the founder — based in Brooklyn. Yep. the same Patina Rentals that provided the gorgeous decor for last summer’s End of Summer Rooftop Party in NYC. I recently traveled to a far off corner of Red Hook where I met up with Corrin and Amalia at Pioneer Works, an incredible event space that hosts everything from gallery shows to weddings. It was here that these two creative souls assembled the kind of wedding day backdrop one doesn’t believe is possible until it’s right there in front of your eyes, everything was so stunning in fact that I had to break it into several posts!
Today I’m sharing a space fit for the bohemian bride. Tucked away in a vintage Airstream trailer, colorful kilim pillows mingle with leather poufs; a bottle of champagne awaits its grand opening while an assortment of records beg to inspire a day filled with love. Your wedding day should be one of the happiest moments during your time on this earth, each and every second must be savored and made as beautiful as possible, especially the time you take to get ready before walking down the aisle. It’s a time to reflect, set intentions, and feel beautiful. Let the images below inspire you and be sure to check back for more incredible decor inspiration from Patina Rentals:
