One of my absolute favorite things to eat during the summer is guacamole. I’ve just recently started experimenting with different recipes, and am learning that there is so much you can do with this summer staple, from spicy to sweet and everything in between. This mango guacamole is a wonderful combination of spicy and sweet, and I can’t get enough of it. Learn how to make it below!
1 jalapeno pepper
juice from 2 limes
Cut the avocado and use a fork to mash it into a smooth consistency. Chop the tomato, mango, and jalapeno into small pieces and mix into the avocado. I like to set aside some of the tomato and mango to top the guacamole with. Stir in the juice from two limes, and a few sprinkles of sea salt. Top the guacamole with the extra tomato and mango, and a sprinkling of cayenne pepper. Eat with tortilla chips, on a veggie burger, or just plain!
*If you like a smoother consistency, blend all ingredients in a food processor.
