Walking along a path of orange. Crisp air beneath my coat, and a crunch under each step.
I adore getting lost in nature. Wandering through the woods, with no set direction, no place to be. Leaves leave, I tell myself. I should be nowhere but here, to say goodbye. The grand finale is happening, right now. Now is the time to spend the day with Mother Nature, off the beaten path, and offer her praise.
I’m dedicating my weekends to the trees, chasing the autumn peak. Burnt oranges, buttery greens and highlighter yellows. I challenge you to chase peak this weekend. Get lost. Take it all in. Just be.

I live in the upper peninsula of Wisconsin, so there are sooooo many beautiful places to see the colors! I love walking in Peninsula State Park to the scenic lookouts where you can see the colors and the water – it’s magical.
