In The Kitchen: Morning Matcha Chia Pudding

Combined with energizing matcha powder, ginger, avocado and chia, Action Dust takes this simple chia pudding to the next level.

Ingredients:

1 tsp Action Dust

1 tsp matcha powder

½ tsp ginger

½ cup coconut milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

¼ avocado

2 tbsp chia seeds

Raw honey, to taste

Fruit, for layering:

Kiwi

Mango

Blueberry

Blackberry

Toppings:

Coconut cream

Pistachios

Place all ingredients, except for chia seeds and honey, in a blender and blend on high until combined. Taste, and add honey if desired. Whisk in chia seeds. Pour mixture into a resealable jar and place in the fridge overnight, or for at least four hours.

To serve, place pudding in a bowl or glass and top with fruit and any desired toppings. Enjoy!

Oh this seems so good! I’ve been using chia many ways before and my favourite one so far is to combine them with soy chocolate milk. But this might just become my new favourite recipe, let’s see when I try it out!

I love trying out different flavors of Chia Pudding and this one sounds — and looks — absolutely gorgeous. I’ve been meaning to buy some matcha powder. Can’t wait to try this recipe!
