My third grade teacher alway gave us fresh sprigs of rosemary before tests and encouraged us to take a whiff whenever we had trouble remembering answers. I haven't seen a teacher use it since then but I'm hoping to incoporate this herb once I have my liscense. :)

Try iWilla I Love My Armpits Deodorants While just about NO natural deodorants are also an antiperspirant ( much to my dismay), this one seems to have loyal customers and great reviews (for the most part- expected on a natural product of any kind) :)

Oils are definitely better moisturisers. I love using rose oil for its hydrating properties. Combined with jojoba oil is really soothing on my dry skin. I found a product with both oils that i highly recommend at http://www.inskinskincare.co.uk/products/facial-oils/inskin-precious-anti-ageing-facial-oil/ They even offer samples wich is great for testing!

Post image for 4 Magic Places To Apply Concealer

First of all, I’d like to start this post off with a friendly little reminder that you do not need makeup. You are gorgeous on the inside as well as the outside. There’s nothing that the presence or lack of a little makeup can do to change this about you. Know that. But for those of us who enjoy wearing makeup — especially on those days when we just aren’t feeling as on top of the world as usual… I wanted to share a little tip I came across.

Post image for DIY Natural Eye Shadow

I tried this recipe out, just to let everyone know, and here is what I have to say: First, it isn't very pigmented AT ALL. It gives a very subtle natural color on the lid, which is fine, but I was hoping for a little more color. I even tried adding more turmeric powder, but it didn't seem to do the trick. Second, I actually did get a little in my eye on accident while applying it. I can assure you that it didn't hurt at all, for the people who were wondering if it stings or anything like that, it doesn't. Overall, I enjoyed making it, but I'm not sure it's something I will use on a regular basis because of the lack of pigment. I may try it as a bronzer instead...
Jeanette -Apr 22, 2014, 5:33PM
Are you sure of the safety of these ingredients on the eye lids? Being a pharmacist, I know from my training and dealing with natural products, that the eyelids are very thin and can absorb ingredients through the lid. Also, is there any information on what happens if any of these ingredients get in your eye? Just because it is natural, does not mean it's safe for the eye area.
