Post image for Nail Polish Shades For Spring

It’s that time of year. Winter is in full effect, but in my mind I’m dreaming of lightweight summer fabrics, pastel shades, and wide open beaches. The fashion world is buzzing with new trends, and we’re longing to bare a bit more, show some skin, and lighten up a little bit — but the cold winter winds are telling us…not just yet. One way you can start to bring some spring into your look now, however, is with nail polish. Read more »

I am definitely a believer in these natural remedies. Another great one to add is elderberry extract, which is proven to reduce flu symptoms and the likes. Also, if you're interested, I have a great recipe for a morning detox drink, perfect for boosting immunity and flushing toxins. http://www.remedyrogues.com/morning-detox-drink/

Hi there, I have one question... I tried the lemon and honey on my face and I will say I left it on for too long

Coconut oil can clog pores it is not noncomedenic, or in other words can actually CAUSE acne. I would suggest oilive oil if you want something easy to find instead, or even better would be jojoba oil instead of coconut oil.

Is it safe to use the metal lid from the makeshift boiler again for cooking foods with, even after the essential oils are added? I would like to try this at home but this has been making me question it...
Lesley -Dec 28, 2014, 12:26AM
Hi!! :) I have made this before, I played with the amounts to find the right combo, nice to see it online :) Anyway, I made mine in the plStic cute little ice cube trays, I have dickies, flowers and heart.. The pop right outworn cool, then I put them in the center of a sq piece of parchment paper and twist the ends..( like a hard candy ;))).. Know what I'm sayin lol? Then I put into a little jewelry tie top holder, drawstring... I do this for myself and friends... For sale I use lip balm tubes /) works great !- also, Jasmjne lavender and tea rise make a nice combo :) or just Rose Geranium and Bulgarian Lavender together are awesome ! I also then make a Body Butter and Body Powder to match the scent.. FuN!!!

Have you ever considered shampoo bars? If you find the right kind it can do wonders for you hair. They are made up of pure carrier and essential oils. I've been using them for a few months and saw beautiful results after just a few weeks of washing. The reason people's hair wigs out after a few months of using the no poo method is because baking soda is actually very bad for the hair over time. It can make your scalp dry and brittle and honestly you'd be better off using commercial shampoo. I highly recommend a shampoo bar they're cheap, natural, and make hair healthy. I am a full believe in them and I will never use any other shampoo for as long as I can help it. And they are very convenient they are the size of a regular body bar and is equal to a 24oz bottle of shampoo. I didn't believe that at first but the first bar I bought lasted me almost 4 months and I have long wavy hair that needs a bit of shampoo to get it clean. Also I don't need a conditioner anymore. In If fact, if I prefer the results without it and for the first time in a long time, I'm living my natural texture. There are a lot if shampoo bars to pick from. I get mine from JR. Ligget and Apple Valley Natural Soap. You can even make your own and add the oils and scents you prefer and its so easy! I haven't yet but I will as soon as I use up the bars I have now. I can't rave enough about them and I really think they will work for you, or for anyone in that matter. I did have a small adjustment phase but it lasted like a week and it wasn't even that bad, I just washed my hair more often in that time because I knew the bars weren't going to harm my hair. I only wash my hair every about every four days now. You could wash it everyday if you wanted because the shampoo bar won't strip all the natural oils, but the thing is you don't have to, I'm lazy and my hair looks great after 3 or 4th day hair so why bother? Anyways I hope this helped and I hope you give it a try. My hair look great, feels great, smells great, what more could you ask for. Just remember to remove all of the silicone from your hair before you start and you're good to go. Also I rinse my hair with an apple cider vinegar rinse once a week. I use 1 part vinegar 3 parts water, but it varies for each person. Pour over hair after you shampooed, leave for 5 to 10 minutes, rinse out with cool water and Vuala! You're on your way to beautiful healthy hair.
erika -Dec 12, 2014, 9:44AM
THE best way to go is actually using no shampoo at all. Nothing. No apple cider vinegar or baking soda. Literally just stop putting all of this excess junk in your hair. If you eat a healthy diet, you'll do fine. There is an adjustment period but overall it is much healthier for your hair and scalp to not use any products whatsoever. just rinse with hot water. Been at it for 3 years.

Cheap TAG Heuer Watches UK -Jun 10, 2014, 6:30AM
The Rolex Yacht-Master is absolutely the absolute watch.Cheap Rolex Watches There are alone a few drawbacks to the Rolex Yacht-Master because it is absolutely a absurd timepiece. We would like to see a altered brooch in abode of the accepted one that comes banal on all of the watches. It is a anatomic clasp, but it just does not feel athletic abundant for such a solid timepiece. You can alter the brooch on your own through the architect at a reasonable cost, but if you are already paying so abundant for a watch an added amount seems a bit unnecessary. The weight of this watch is absurd not to apprehension as it is absolutely abundant on your wrist abrogation you no agnosticism that it is there. Now we apperceive that is to be accepted from a watch that is fabricated of stainless steel, platinum and gold. It is aswell not meant as a dive watch, which we acquisition adverse back it has a lot of the appearance bare for a abundant dive watch and the amount is a little abrupt to accept to buy addition watch for a altered baptize sport.
