I didn't know aloe likes acidic soil. Some of mine is doing great and some is barely hanging in there.

Pickle juice can also do great things for a plant! My gardenia especially LOVES pickle juice. It helps make the soil acidic - so plants that don't like coffee probably won't like pickle juice either. Once, I applied coffee grounds, pickle juice, and a magnesium supplement cap broken open to my gardenia - and two days later, it had three gorgeous blooms! Thanks for all of the other ideas here, I'd never heard of the eggshell one :)

Her and her husband got divorced??? I always wondered why she never had photos of him and vice versa. Makes sense with the recent pics on IG of her and some photographer together.

Your small place is gorgeous! I just moved to a new place and it's much smaller from my previous one. My current task is to make some cosmetic repairs and to decorate it. I'm definitely taking some ideas from your photos. Thank you for sharing your cute place!

There is nothing I can agree more with - to embrace living in a small space. My apartment is small, too. My advice is to paint walls in lighter color and put paintings on the walls. Best regards! P.S I love your cat :)

It's the best article I've ever read in my entire life. And I am not exaggerating. It was like reading a book. I almost felt the breeze on my face and this retro atmosphere with all the children playing on the street all day long. I'm also fond of retro style and actually right now I'm working on a project to renovate my house in a retro style. It won't be hard for me as I also live in Australia, Melbourne. And I also know these amazing handymen ( http://fantastichandymanmelbourne.com.au ) with whom I've worked with several times and I never regretted it. I'm sure they will bring the exact same retro atmosphere in my home.
