It’s rare that I actually wear a belt for the original purpose of a belt: to keep pants in place. Actually, that’s probably because it’s rare that I’m not wearing a dress. Ever since I saw our Golden Age Top in our January catalog, I have become completely smitten with it’s a-line angel like swing shape and crochet lace detail. It seems like the perfect top I could wear casually with jeans, with denim cut offs when it starts to get a little warmer, and on the beach with my bikini bottoms as a cute little cover-up. It’s an all-around easy top with prettiness.

Last Friday here at our home office, we held our first Free People Blogger Retreat, and invited local bloggers to come and learn the tricks and tips of creating and managing a successful blog. We met many inspiring individuals, all eager to learn how to improve their own blogs, and all interested in knowing the dynamics behind our blog, BLDG 25.
