Please leave me a comment if your email is missing info (there was lots of fast copying and pasting, so I’m sure there are some mistakes) or comment if you did not receive an email.
Here is a list of people that signed up and did not leave their email address. Please leave a comment so I can give you a partner:

Lately I’ve been feeling very in to wrap-tops, and wrap-eque tops. We have a few out right now that I have been eyeing, but I’m actually not sure which I like best!
Shown above is our Striped Cotton Wrap Top, in grey.
Here we have our Applique Crossover Top in putty. (Coincidentally, this top has a really cute lacey back too.)
Finally, above is our Crepe Wrap Top in natural.
Well, what do you guys think? Which top do you like best?

Although I love the striped cotton, the crepe seems more "wintry" to me somehow. Maybe it's the tassels. :)
These gorgeous shots are from Kuwana Japan’s annual winter light show, in their Nabana no Sato theme park. There are reportedly 4.5 million LED’s in the show! I’ve always wanted to visit Japan, now I wish I could get there before March, when the show ends! So beautiful!

this is soooo amazing. i love it!
Come check out the band of one of our accessories designers, Danielle! This Friday night at the Khyber, on 2nd and Market streets in Philadelphia, The Midnight Beat will be playing with Dark Horse & the Carousels and Federale! It starts at 9pm, and looks to be a real good show! Come hang out if you’re in town!
Our third We the Free store will open this Friday in an exciting new space on Cahuenga Blvd in LA. More on the We the Free store later, but here is some info about the new space created by our parent company, Urban Outfitters.
A new retail experiment in Hollywood, CA, Space 15 Twenty creates an opportunity for Urban Outfitters to collaborate with creative brands we find inspiring and interesting.
A courtyard leads from each store to an outdoor performance space and adjoining gallery. Both of which encourage designers and artists to become part of a curated environment. Working with neighboring music, film and art establishments, both courtyard and adjoining gallery will present a rotating cast of local musicians and artists.
The Urban Outfitters store will feature one-off installations by a new designer every few months. Alongside the 11,000 square foot Urban Outfitters store, Space 15 Twenty will host a selection of vendors. The revolving brands utilizing these spaces will reflect and compliment Urban Outfitters and present our customers with an overarching view of people and brands which are excited to be aligned with.
Check out the space15twenty for info on the other tenants and the great events the space will host.

I hear that the Urban Outfitters has amazing installations inside the store. I was told about a wall made of prom dresses inside that was a must see. How do they keep doing it season after season!? My staff and I can't wait to visit the space on Friday night!
Just some pictures of our newest Free People store in Portland, all decked out for the holidays!

okay i want my room to be EXCTLY like ALL of this! but one thing i have been searching for is the garlands in the stores. in the San Antonio shop (which i was in a week or two ago) they had the most beautiful garlands or maybe streamers attached to the ceiling and I'm almost certain that they are the same as the ones draped around the top row of socks on the third photo from the top......CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHERE THESE CAN BE FOUND?! or ANY other decor in these fabulously eclectic stores!! thanks so much, Anna

The new intimates catalog brings me to ask where free people gets their fabric. i'm sure they design all of it, but in a perfect world there is a website i can visit and purchase the rose patterned backdrop from the cover of the latest issue, etc. etc.
I love all these different kinds of tape! I was thinking about our post about decorated tape from the other day and did a little search for adhesive tape and found I love sticky tape! It’s a blog which is, as you might imagine, devoted entirely to tape, and it has many cute and cool types of tape featured on it! I especially love the tinsel tape – it gets me in the mood for the holidays!

I am OBSESSED, this could be life changing for someone who avoids gift wrap at all costs.
You might have noticed scarves are all the rage these days, and they are such a cute way to warm yourself up on a cold autumn day!
I am going crazy for our Mica Metallic Scarf lately – I kind of want it in every color! And I love that it is sparkley!
Shown below is the scarf in Cerulean…
Now the scarf in Berry…
Finally, here is the scarf in Old Emerald!
So which color would you guys pick?

Free People is hosting a winter craft swap called The Art of Giving! It’s been a long time since our last swap, so I am super excited. Join us in handcrafting some amazing gifts for your fellow Free People friends and spread the winter cheer.
Here’s how it works: You fill out the simple form with your name, email, and mailing address. People outside the United States are welcome to join, but if you live in the U.S., you can indicate if you do not want to ship internationally. I will match you up with a partner and send you their email and shipping address.
You’ll have until New Years to make a gift and mail it to your partner. You can make anything you want. The wintery theme can be your inspiration. You can make something to keep warm, decorate your home, or simply make your partner smile.
Click here to join the swap. Sign up will end next Friday, November 21.
Check out some of our old flickr groups from previous swaps! Valentine 08, Dark Fairy, Travel, and Valentine 07.
