Post image for The Very Best Gluten-Free Pancakes

I recently found myself craving the absolute deliciousness known as pancakes, and was determined to find a gluten-free recipe that tasted just as delicious as the original kind. After doing a bit of researching and experimenting, I found one that is so delicious. I kid you not. I made these a few nights ago and Jana (who, I might add, does not normally eat gluten free) fell in love with them! They’re also vegan. :) Read more »

Post image for Homemade Healing Beet Kvass

Beets serve many purposes. We’ve used this gorgeous vegetable to make cake, hummus, detoxifying juicelip and cheek stain, and powdered blush, just to name a few. Today, I want to introduce to you another way to use beet — and this way may just be the most beneficial of all. Read more »

I have seen recipes where you can use the beets up to 2 additional batches by saving a cup of the previous kvass. Is this true?

This is full of beneficial bacteria. Much better quality, and cheaper, than probiotic supplements. I've heard you shouldn't add whey to vegetable ferments. The bacteria in dairy and the bacteria in vegetables are different types, or something like that. So a better 'starter' would be juice from a previous vegetable ferment.

Oh wow, looks and sounds sooo amazing! I love anything that incorporates mayer lemons! This is definitely going on my grocery list for the week. I've been obsessed with grapefruit this past month, and I'm so excited for fava beans! My mother has them in her garden and I discovered last year how easy they are to put in eeeeeverything -- once you get past the lengthy shelling portion that is =) www.threadandbones.com

Post image for Homemade Vegan Sriracha Sauce

I put hot sauce on everything. I’m a fan of a few different kinds, but that spicy red chilly pepper sauce known as Sriracha is by far one of my favorites. Whenever I’m out to eat, I’m always that girl who asks the server if he could kindly bring out the hot sauce, and if he happens to return with Sriracha, all the better. When I found a recipe for vegan and gluten-free homemade Sriracha sauce, I had to try it. My favorite part about this recipe is that it’s no-cook!   Read more »

i literally use sriracha on everything. it didn't occur to me to look at the ingredients until a week ago! its filled with so many preservatives and chemicals, i knew i had to find an organic alternative. this is even better! i'm so excited to make this. how long can it sit in the fridge in a mason jar?
Naoko -Apr 02, 2014, 11:22PM
This looks great, I love making stuff from scratch. Do you know how long this will keep in the fridge? Thanks!

Its a great fruit for healthier body. Daily adding one in our diet will make more active too. Especially in summer it is to be used more.....
Georgie -Apr 01, 2014, 4:00PM
I actually found uniq fruit at my Wegman's just a few months ago. I decided to try it after seeing on the label that it was from Jamaica, which I visited this past summer. I cannot recall seeing it at the local farmer's market in Negril, but did get to try yellow watermelon! :) The uniq fruit from Wegman's was also pretty cheap for it's size at $2 or $3 for one. It was absolutely delicious, however, the white inner is so thick that you're not getting quite as much fruit as you maybe thought by first appearance. Definitely do try it if you can find it!

sexy video of cam sex live -May 31, 2014, 5:46AM
Once she sees that you are serious about this she will understand that there will no longer be you in her life at all. " Others such as Rabbi Shmuley Boteach argue that couples can indulge their sexual proclivities without straying by doing such as things as videotaping their love-making and watching these together, sending each other e-mails and text messages laced with sexually suggestive if not outright explicit "come ons," and a host of other things of this sort. Many others are simply interested in older women and on live cam chat rooms they feel liberated to uncover this attraction without being judged by the people around them.

Any idea how long for mini cupcakes?
Lady -Apr 20, 2014, 8:52PM
Hi - This recipe looks great and it's something I would like to try. Quick question, and I'm not sure if you would be able to answer. I want to make a diabetic friendly version of these, which means I need to replace the coconut sugar and honey in the cake recipe. The amount in the frosting is negligible after you divide it between so many cupcakes. But I use an erythritol sweetener. Any idea how much I would need to sub, or if it could even be subbed since it's all granular and the honey is viscous? Thanks!
