This is simple to make and turns out well. That said, I substituted cardamon for the cinnamon and chocolate chips for the nuts. A repeat recipe!

I love this post, I bitters before my breakfast, it has really worked for. but I learnt that you do not have to it all through the year. You need to give a week or two weeks break, or even one month break if you are taking the tonic to avoid kidney problem. thank you.

I turned out soooo good! I mixed the sauce with the apples first, then placed on the crust. I would say it turned out more like an apple crumble than pie, but super delicious. And it felt good eating it. No guilt. Thanks!

I can testify that this is delicious! I use a bit of agave or honey instead of brown sugar and sometimes I add a ripe banana to make this banana bread! so yummy!!

Just made the paste and then the Golden milk. My boyfriend was just Dx with Crohn's disease and we are hoping this helps with his symptoms as I do not want him to have to start Humira as the Dr is recommending. Thanks for your recipes and all that you do!!!
