Post image for India Through The Eyes Of Our Assistant Catalog Stylist

By now you’ve probably caught wind that our April catalog was shot in the most magical land of India — a place I so badly would love to explore. While a trip to India has not yet happened for me, it has happened to a group of people I see every single day: our catalog team.

I absolutely love this post -- these are some great ideas! Getting rid of paper is going to make such a huge difference for me; I go through so many paper towels washing up around the kitchen and I don't know why I didn't think to make the switch ages ago! Another tip I use: save any glassware (such as milk bottles) and use them to store filtered water from the tap instead of buying bottles, or store homemade juices. Also, if you make coffee using a French Press instead of a drip machine will cut out wasting those filters that need to be tossed every day; there's also a steel filter you can get for your Chemex that's reusable =) www.threadandbones.com

Great post - it's so important to be as 'green' as possible!

This is honestly beautiful. Personally, I think it's worth it to stay awake if it means brightening up someone else's dream.

Post image for The Importance Of Being At Ease

How beautiful it is to be at ease. Writing, saying, hearing, even just thinking the word can bring your mind to such a state. And that very state of ease is so important to our health, both mentally and physically. Read more »

A Kehri power inverter can be obtained at the Talon outpost next to a pile of boxes. Though enjoyable at times and a fun experience, War in the North falls short of achieving anything past 'okay. That aggressive strategy has worked wonders, putting Chevron's opponents on the defensive and convincing many people that the Ecuador suit is a sham.

It's nice to be reminded that we don't have to be perfect, but tough to find the good in every situation. I guess that's where the growing part comes in. https://www.etsy.com/shop/EarthChildArt?ref=si_shop

Post image for Traveling 101

I’ve found myself up in the air a lot recently. For work, for fun and for family. I feel like over the past year, trips kind of just keep turning up unexpectedly, and by no means is this a complaint. Read more »

Such great travel trips! In the past year, every time I've traveled I packed on the lighter side and it definitely made things easier! Not only did I have TOO many options to choose from, I was able to buy things while away. :)

Thank you so much for introducing me to AirBnB! Helps a TON when I have to travel for work. So much easier, cheaper, and nicer than any hotel. New Orleans, here I come! <3

I love going on solo adventures, although I don't take them as often as I would like. Thank you for sharing this great list of ideas. Next time I venture out alone, I'm definitely going to try one!
Lizzie -Apr 28, 2014, 2:44AM
taking a journey alone is something we must do, since it can make you stronger and independent. But I agree with the "alone-by-default", she said she has done all of the things you’ve described and hate being alone. me, too. To me, it's a torture of being alone and always lonely. I always look forward having fun with my friends, I want to fall in love with someone and start a relationship with a guy, maybe I'm too old to enjoy the single life http://lxhmaterial.blogspot.com/

Post image for What Green Says About You

March 17th: a day for green. And just 3 days shy of the spring equinox: yet another time for this beautiful hue. Green… the color of nature, of growth, of life. A tone that represents learning… balance… harmony. If you find yourself drawn to the color green, it may also be true that… Read more »
