I also find the most inspiration when I am exploring the nature around my house :) I think it is very important to go outside every day (maybe not in winter but in the other seasons) to breathe and make the head clear again. Death Valley and the " Artist's Palette are definitely on my travel list after this post. :) Thank you so much BLDG 25 Bloggers for making such a beautiful and inspiring Blog, you often post things I can totally relate to and I really like the Style of the Blog best wishes Mira

Wonderful pictures. Really shows the beauty of spring time. When I see cherry blossom pictures, Japan always pops in my mind. I hope someday I will go there :)

Cherry blossom mania has taken over Japan! Tokyo is covered in white blooms - so ethereal. Can't wait to partake in my first hanami (cherry blossom viewing) picnic this weekend! xx Kate | www.NomadInNihon.com

The society is used to seeing dark inked tattoos etched on skin and the idea of white ink tattoos might come peculiar. ^^

I've got 2 white tattoos; one on my wrist and another on my arm. Absolutely love them as they are very discreet and I love the fact that they look like scar tissues. :)

I always make sure to have fresh thyme, rosemary and basil in my kitchen, it not only looks greener but they are for me the best ingredients for spicing my food! https://www.makeandmess.com/

Jess | Rose & Fig -Mar 27, 2016, 2:54PM
This is a great piece. One of the seemingly small but monumental changes I found when I started meditation was noticing the sound of water coming from a faucet, of fingers typing on keys, the aroma of fresh-picked cilantro lingering on your fingers - the senses came to the forefront, in lieu of thoughts distracting from the presence of things surrounding me. Which is not to say that meditation encourages not thinking. I sum it up in one word: focus. You focus on the task before you. So when you're making coffee, you roast, grind, steep the beans - and nothing else. When you're thinking, you think, scribble, ponder - and nothing else. The world opens up before you, and it's like there are dimensions you were missing all along. It's wonderful!

Good article - how much I can hide in my soul, when I don't take the time to look there - working on it and my home - time to let go...

Ahhhh... Thanks for sharing this. Sometimes I truly believe that I am a crazy person, I think to myself "Surely no one else thinks back to something they said or did 10 years ago and still feels bad/guilty/shame over it, I must have something wrong with me. I must need to see a therapist!" Just knowing that there are others out there who have the same thoughts is so reassuring to me! Thanks Julie. I hope you can release all of your reminds, and shine bright in you're awesome self. Thanks for helping me feel "normal". -Aida

I too, have the ghosts of the past that try to haunt. One can never get rid of them - on your own. I have found though, that when I give those ghosts to someone else to deal with, they are gone forever! That someone is not a human, that Someone is Jesus Christ. He covers me with His life and I no longer have them dogging my steps. I would invite you to give your dark places, your ghosts of sins past to Him also and feel the freedom of forgiveness. It's like nothing you've ever felt and it is beautiful and wonderful. If you've never accepted Jesus into your life, it is quite simple. You just invite Him in. You tell Him what you need forgiveness for, and you leave it with Him, forgiven. Of course if the sin involves someone else, there may be restitution, apologies, forgiveness on a another level, but if it's just inside of you, it's gone, done, finished. It's buried at the deepest part of the sea never to be fished or brought up again. Blessings!
