A few weeks ago I went to see one of my favorite bands, The National, play at the Academy of Music. There were two opening acts, and the first one was called Wye Oak, a band I’d never heard of. The general consensus at the POPPED! music festival this weekend was that it was kind of a bummer the location was moved from an outdoor park to an indoor arena. However, on the plus side?
