I would definitely agree on Fleetwood Mac..maybe their greatest hits album...a great mix...Also...Supertramp Bfast in America and Pink Floyd DSOTM. Love those...its difficult these days to narrow down what's worthy of vinyl..especially with new music...The Black Keys and Amy Whinehouse...that vinyl feel ya know!? Cheers!
Susanna -Sep 20, 2015, 11:14PM
I would add Bob Dylan's Blood On the Tracks. Every song on the album is stellar on its own, and as a whole it is wonderfully cohesive musically and thematically, which I always feel is important when you're looking at vinyls.

Drink lots of fluids, too. Being dehydrated can really make you feel awful, and with only one day to spare, you don't have time to lose. I've used rosewater for years, and swear by it. Norma Bates used it, and look how great she looked when she got older ;)
Elizabeth Rose -Aug 13, 2015, 2:17PM
It's not so much a tip as it is adding onto one of your tips, but if you get some downtime at a festival to rest/take a brief nap in the grass DO IT. It might seem like a waste to snooze or even just rest for 30 minutes, but it's amazing how refreshed and more alert you can be when you take a few minutes to sleep. I didn't fall sound asleep, but I definitely laid down for half a set at Forecastle so I could be ultra charged for a 3 hour My Morning Jacket set at Forecastle. Worth it.

Someone weaved a love for history in my bones, and this was so lovely (and informative). I love to imagine the past in dreamy hues and create little fictional people in gypsy skirts twirling around to their own tunes. Have a fantastic time at Outside Lands!

I loved reading this post! :) I attended a GoTR Stopover in Brighton, England two summers ago and still to this very day, I believe it was the best festival/gig I've ever attended... the atmosphere was just like no other. I really want to see The Maccabees live, they are one of the few bands I love that I'm yet to see :) X

"Party in the USA" is a great choice! I would also probably enjoy a Katy Perry song like "Roar" because it makes me think of fireworks.

YES! I would love to see Cash Cash on that playlist too! They have awesome songs!
