Such great tips, I always forget how relaxing a massage is and endeavour to book one in once every 2 months or so. The physical calendar locking in 'down-time' is such a good tip too - we get too caught up in our phones and if it runs out of battery we have no idea what to do!

I loved this post a lot thank you so much! helped me lift up myself this weekend because I was so stressed out for the past week!

Another one: Say Please and thank you and mind your manners. As an adult it makes such a difference in your approach and people really appreciate it! And: Don't grow up too quickly ( words to live by

Many thanks for this autumn inspiration! My college housemates and I hosted a potluck Thanksgiving dinner, and the garland was the perfect touch. Check it out! I collect the leaves ,dry them in books or what ever I can find then I seperate them to shape and color and choose a background and then design a picture using the leaves I also use other items such as acorns twigs any thing I find that I think will be useful I usually end up with quite a mess lol but the pictures that I've managed to make are nice and they are memories of other places and times as I save the leaves from season to season love fall thank you Laura

Post image for Artist Profile: Carmel Seymour

Meet Carmel Seymour.

I was first taken by her piece “The Secret Not Worth Knowing,” pictured above, when a co-worker sent it my way. The title itself lingered in my brain like a fine wine on the palette… one that you can’t quite describe but you just know you like it a lot… and want more of it, a lot more. Read more »

To each their own, and if you prefer room temperature water that is totally fine, but as others have said, this idea that cold water is bad for you hasn't been proven. I really think this post is a little alarmist.

you're coming to richmond?!?!!? my city <3 deff go to carytown, try going to the james river park (its all over the city) belle isle is the most popular but pony pasture is my favorite, go to crossroads coffee on forest hill ave, try to catch a movie at the byrd, if you're here on a saturday go to south of the james farmers market (8am-12, also off of forest hill ave). you have to go to ell woods thompsons. its the best local/organic market and they have awesome prepared food. i would agree to avoid schockoe bottom night life, its all frat ass holes and a very bro scene (trust me i used to live down there). check out ashby in carytown, its a consignment store. also if you can find it go to the goatacado food cart...SO GOOD. for an FPme shoot will you just be shooting the girls at the store? i'm a richmond resident and i'd looove to me involved in this!

My favorite places in RVA are both delicious little sandwich shops! If you are a sandwich lover like me, definitely make time for Uptown Deli and Black Sheep. Have fun!!
