While this post is lovely, has a great spirit around it's intention, and is in general a beautiful message, it is mis-information and a solstice is NOT the same as an equinox. Rhiannon is completely correct in her explanation.... Yin and Yang are a great description of Spring energies.
Rhiannon -Jun 21, 2013, 5:34PM
Sorry to be a downer on this first day of summer, but I know a lot of people read this blog and I don't want them to be mis-informed. The solstice is not the same thing as the equinox; in fact they are opposites. Summer Solstice (today) is the longest day of the year before the days begin to grow shorter again. The Fall (September) and Spring (March) Equinoxes are the two days of the year when night and day are equal (and yin and yang in balance, I suppose). The Winter Solstice (December) is the shortest day of the year before the days begin to lengthen. Details, details, I know. Just wanted you guys to know. You may delete my comment, but please change your mis-print! Thanks. :)

How do I substitute 1 cup of potato starch for almond flour? also 1 cup of white flour for almond flour?
Carolyn -Mar 05, 2014, 1:41PM
I have left gums and starches out of my breads, and have made the most appealing bread, that is also nutritious with ancient grains all made into flour. I have found the perfect balance and the bread does not fall, 2 eggs are used in the recipe but no dairy. This was done because I was diagnosed with Lupus in 1990 and have had arthritis since I was a teenager. My intestines have been inflamed seriously and this change has been a turning point in my life. My husband and I eat no gluten, and do not buy packaged gluten products because of all the starches. Have you read the ingredients in the Robinhood Gluten free flour. Well I am not impressed! If anyone would like a healthy gluten free bread recipe that is not gritty or gummy but slices for sandwiches and has no white flours or starches visit and leave your E mail and I will send a recipe free

Here is my feedback using Universe LLC Division of labor – Universe LLC says they have a trained group of English speaking aides that are assigned to be especially good at specific tasks. Scales very well – Unlimited tasks for $59 a month.  They have other plans for businesses and groups who need dedicated, 6 day a week aides that I did not try out – but it’s available as an option.  For businesses and groups (or I guess an individual, if you really need this much help), a dedicated aide available 9 hours a day, 6 days a week, costs $950 per month – very cheap, about $4 an hour. Progress for multiple tasks can be tracked via their dashboard. Setting different priorities for tasks is possible.  Reprioritization may be difficult since I think once a task is begun, all I can do is cancel or wait for it to be completed.  Reprioritization of non-completed tasks is possible, via Skype/email/dashboard.

Post image for Our Favorite Hats For Summer

Hats are always one of my go-to accessories no matter what season it is. They can really add that extra touch and complete an outfit — not to mention they are perfect to throw on if your hair isn’t quite up to par in the morning. In the winter, I’m all about the beanies. During the summertime, wide brims are my favorite. They can keep you cool and shade your face from the sun, so the wider the better in my opinion!  We have a handful of hats online right now that are made out of lightweight materials in fun shapes, so I wanted to show how I would style three of my favorites:

Post image for Office Style: Summer Prints

This week’s office style was all about fun, summery prints! Prints are great all year round, but bright-colored florals and bohemian patterns are what summertime is all about. I caught some of the girls looking quite similar this week, from matching jean vests worn over sun dresses to lightweight embroidered tops paired with skinnies. I’m sure the warm temperatures inspired these girls when they were getting dressed in the morning. Take a look at how they wore prints this week! Read more »

Hi, I have a FP crochet monokini in black and it is so worth the money. Really flattering and instantly transforms into a top when you add a skirt/shorts. I really want to order a lighter colour too but I have been worried that it will go totally see-through in the water!! Did that happen (can' tell from the picture LOL)?
May -Jun 19, 2013, 10:27PM
It looks so special in the water. Jewelry is shine and looks nice on you! I love swim in summer and maybe I will try this one day!
