It goes without saying that her style oozes the laid back, cool LA vibe, but it has a twist… leaving you curious for more. There’s always a story behind each piece of clothing she owns, you just know there’s something unique about what she is wearing. Read more »

This week we were inspired by our Dark Rose lookbook that was all about mixing the perfect amount of feminine lace with darker touches of onyx. For today’s DIY, we used those elements to create a beautiful glass bottle centerpiece that incorporates the pretty but also gothic feel that the featured looks have. This is so simple to make and can be used anywhere! It would look great as the centerpiece for a candle lit dinner or even as decor on your desk.
For this week’s Office Style we had a lovely mix of spring Bohemia mixed with cool androgynous pieces like an over-sized mens coat, a chunky vintage grandpa cardigan, and boots that look like well-traveled. We loved the mix of lace, velvet, prints, and layered jewelry with menswear pieces.
As much as you can attempt to prepare for SXSW, once you are there it’s like being dropped in a pinball machine – bouncing around from place to place with very little control. It’s been a decade since we’ve heard new mystic tunes from David Bowie. This month his much awaited album The Next Day launched and it wasn’t a disappointment. His ability to write interesting, and un-obvious tunes doesn’t go away. The memorable riffs and melodies are still there. Bowie’s voice has changed slightly since we last heard him, but he still nails it. This is good, vital music, from a rock legend in his seventh decade.
Our March catalog was inspired by flowers and their beautiful colors. This inspiration carried over into beauty with colorful hair and striking ombre eyes. Read more »
