Just made this for lunch. A bit of work to make it come together, but was worth it. Real good! My Asian wife agreed.

Hello! Is there a technique that can be used to slice the cucumbers quickly? I just tried making this and i found slicing them without the spiralizer was very tedious.

I listen every morning because I love Amy and Bobby. Their care and love for one another is undeniable. It is very refreshing to hear. It is not surprising that Amy's house is beautiful and simple. The grey walls are amazing. Can you find out the color?

Post image for Turning Your Shower Space Into A Sanctuary

I love looking at showering as a time to indulge in a mini spa treatment. Of course its main purpose is to cleanse the body, but I really feel that it can have a calming, relaxing effect on the mind, as well. Read more »

I absolutely love the idea of hanging eucalyptus and lavender in the shower!!!! I can't wait to try this. I use Dr. Bronner's Eucalyptus soap and it always makes me much more relaxed while showering, but the smell does go away pretty fast--I am sure the soothing smell stays vibrant throughout the showering as the water hits the plant. Great idea Taylor xx http://www.pumpkinflowerz.blogspot.com

As an almost-giant (5'10), pretty much every dress I own turns into a mini. It's a struggle. I really need to buy those knee high boots for fall! In love! http://innominatemod.blogspot.com

Here are a couple of really good carpet cleaning tips. If you spill red wine on your carpet, use a cheap white wine to dilute out the dark stain. You will waste a little white wine, but the stain will come right out with simple blotting. Also if you get a little spot of blood on the carpet, the saliva of the person that th blood comes from will dissolve into and help lift out the stain We have a free carpet cleaning tips and tricks PDF on our site for anyone who might want it. http://www.flooressenceinc.com/carpet_cleaning_tips_and_tricks.html

Summer -Jul 29, 2014, 10:37AM
So I went out, shopped, combined, and conquered. I absolutely LOVE these make up wipes. I love the scent I love how they get slightly sudsy and I love how there is the slightest astringent feeling left behind I'm guessing from the witch hazel. I am sad to say I totally agree with ^Stephanie and they really REALLY burn my eyes :( so what I started doing is just making sure I take it in the shower with me and rinse it away after I wipe my eyes or follow up with a splash of water from the sink. I think if mine we a little less saturated it wouldn't be as bad. But just the feeling of knowing I made these and how much my skin likes them is enough for me. Thanks Jana for posting this and bring on more home made skin care! xoxo summer http://indianpaintblush.blogspot.com

I loved this post! I have suffered from insomnia since forever, and I have slowly learnt to live with it. It really helps me to listen to certain pleasant music, I even created a list in Spotify, and now my brain relates the music with sleeping, it really helps me. I also realized I happen to sleep better when I am together with my bf. Just to know that he is there, feeling with warm body and smell relaxes me, and I fall asleep faster. Even if I cannot fall asleep, his presence makes it easier to bear the insomnia :)

It seems to me that when people criticize using Candice as a model, they are overlooking the truth that the FP girl is no one girl- she can be represented by many types of women. And, the history of FP marketing does show the use of models with a similar look and style as Candice. I'm not sure what the point of criticizing is- she wore the clothes beautifully and that was definitely the point!
Jess -Jul 20, 2014, 9:46AM
I must say that I am so relieved to hear others have felt the same about candace. While I have nothing against her, I just do not think she so at all a free people model. I am actually quite disappointed and have found myself going straight past the pictures that she is in. I don't think she represents what Free People is all about and hope that she does not appear here again. Now put her in a VS catalogue and she is perfect!
