When I think of emerald green, the first thing that comes to mind is pure nature. I’m brought back to time spent in Bled, Slovenia, and I’m reminded of the gorgeously rich, natural hues I found myself among. Hues that I never thought possible in nature. I feel a sense of peace, as if I were totally submerged in the vast waters of an ocean, exploring every uncovered bit of nature I come across. Read more »

Oh my! I am so doing this - thanks for the fabulous idea. I always give my Naturopath a homemade gift, and I like to make sure it's healthy and sugar-free. These salts are perfect. I'm going to try the citrus one. Beautiful pics too.

Post image for Saturday DO: Give Your Gifts A Personal Touch

I'm a journalism student and I'm currently working a local paper part-time. My mom is always asking me to save clips of my articles so for her present this year (a prince vinyl) I wrapped it in pages of newspaper with my stories in them. I secured it by wrapping hemp around so the tape didn't tear the pages. And of course added a flower on top to make it pretty :)
Megan -Dec 15, 2012, 9:20PM
I have decided to go a little further than the presents this year and also wrap them all special...I made my own christmas gift tags for each gift..and I still don't have all the gifts done yet (the most important part) lol..

Too sweet! If you want to keep the pointy bits sturdy without glue, just fold the little hooks at the ends in opposite directions, so that they also wrap around the head piece in opposite directions! xx
