Rubbish does cold water harm you what ever next and I do speak with a high level of medical knowledge. Believe me people if you enjoy it you will be only be doing your body good not harm. I am 66 and have been drinking 1 litre of very cold water every day and feel good on it and have no intention of stopping.
Ryan -Jan 15, 2015, 6:35AM
There is absolutely no evidence to suggest that cold water has any adverse effects on your body whatsoever, under nearly any circumstances. I implore people to not take this article too seriously. If you want to stick to room temperature or hot drinks because it makes you like to, then do that. But don't do it for health reasons. Far from being dangerous, cold water is probably the healthiest thing you can drink. Water is one of the healthiest drinks in general, and cold water is actually a very minor calorie-burner (you can find the science behind that online, I won't bother posting it here). It takes more than slightly chilled liquid to destroy the human body. Otherwise, we would have far more important things to worry about.

you're coming to richmond?!?!!? my city <3 deff go to carytown, try going to the james river park (its all over the city) belle isle is the most popular but pony pasture is my favorite, go to crossroads coffee on forest hill ave, try to catch a movie at the byrd, if you're here on a saturday go to south of the james farmers market (8am-12, also off of forest hill ave). you have to go to ell woods thompsons. its the best local/organic market and they have awesome prepared food. i would agree to avoid schockoe bottom night life, its all frat ass holes and a very bro scene (trust me i used to live down there). check out ashby in carytown, its a consignment store. also if you can find it go to the goatacado food cart...SO GOOD. for an FPme shoot will you just be shooting the girls at the store? i'm a richmond resident and i'd looove to me involved in this!

My favorite places in RVA are both delicious little sandwich shops! If you are a sandwich lover like me, definitely make time for Uptown Deli and Black Sheep. Have fun!!

This weekend I am going to a street fair to check out local artists and food and then taking my boyfriend to see his favorite football team play for his birthday. In the quiet hours of the weekend, I am going to relax, read, hike, and enjoy the wonderful fall weather that Ohio has been having.

Post image for The Benefits Of Bitters

Bitterness. It’s not a flavor held in high regard. Never does a menu boast a delectably bitter appetizer, and never do you hear about a friend’s amazingly bitter dinner. It’s not necessarily the palate’s deepest desire, but it is a flavor that indicates great health. Little do most people know, humans are designed to eat bitter flavors. In this post, I will give the rundown on bitter foods, and why we should be including them in our everyday diet. Read more »

I love this post, I bitters before my breakfast, it has really worked for. but I learnt that you do not have to it all through the year. You need to give a week or two weeks break, or even one month break if you are taking the tonic to avoid kidney problem. thank you.

Post image for Two Ways To Preserve Flowers

I don’t keep flowers in my home nearly as much as I should. That cheerful burst of color on a table or at your bedside is the perfect way to brighten up a rainy day or bring a bit of summer inside once the weather turns cool. Read more »

Very informative post about the dry flowers. Such a great idea to use Silica beads. But from my side it is better to use artificial flowers for interior decoration. But this is only my opinion...Flowers are also alive.

I dried (by accident) a bunch of hydrangeas and they dried beautifully! Thank you for your guide ;) pinning!
