I recently saw these cuddly crochet pals by GourmetAmigurumi and I can’t get over the little details! I love their expressions and clothing and even their little eyes! Definitely check out GourmetAmigurumi’s blog, as she posts lots of her work in progress which is cool to see, as well as patterns and tips!
Today the sweater designers are using some of their color scrap bins, and they have them laying out and looking very tempting! They are sorted by color, and have the feel of a very pretty mess! I’m quite inspired…
Believe it or not, this vase is also a working faucet! It was designed by David Vercelli for the Italian bathroom company Hego Waterdesign. I love the look and the thought behind this faucet, but I have to agree with Apartment Therapy when they say that they aren’t sure they’d be too keen to drink from it. Still, what a neat design!
It’s a real pleasure to announce the two randomly chosen winners of yesterday’s giveaway!
Congratulations to Amanda!
I plan on getting more creative with the old things in my closet I’ve forgotten about. Scissors, bleach and bright colored dyes!!
Congratulations to Hilary Kate!
I’m so excited, I love spring and all the new delicious clothes I get to bring into my everyday life. I’ve gotten some awesome big and small flowy hats and dresses that i can’t wait to wear.
Hooray! Thank you all so much for participating! It’s always so much fun to see all your answers, and especially fun to read your thoughts on spring style this time around!
And if you didn’t win, don’t lose hope! As always, there are more giveaways close on the horizon…
I am so inspired by this beautiful crochet blanket from the ladies of The Purl Bee. I love the idea to just make one giant Granny Square as a blanket. The colors are gorgeous too! But the best part is that they have a really good tutorial for making Granny Squares! Now I just need to graduate to making giant Granny Squares.
