Digital prints are what this week’s Style File does best. Each day, you can bet she has on some awesome, loud, funky, cool pattern in a simple cut. Read More
Today is the last day at the Free People home offices for this week’s Style File. She’s leaving us for Austin, a city she visited not too long ago and fell in love with (who can blame her). Read More
Nothing injects personality into a look quite like a good print. It’s that powerful punch, the touch of wow that makes getting dressed so fun. Whether vintage-inspired, futuristic, or simply bohemian, we love the statement of bold and bright patterns for spring. Read More
We’re moving into warmer months, so who better to feature as this week’s Style File than our head beach designer? Read More
This week’s Style File fills one of the neatest positions here at Free People. Pretty much, her job is to help out wherever and whenever there is a need for added creativity. Read More
It was so fun photographing our Assistant Stylist for this week’s Style File. Her carefree spirit just communicates through photographs so well. Living up to her aura, she has some of the best boho pieces around. Getting up close, you notice all of details she piles on, and sneaks in there. There’s no such thing as less is more with her, but she makes it work. She’s a true modern day hippie – loaded with fringe, feathers, and bangles. There’s something about this girl that makes you feel peaceful and smiley.

The Striped Burnout Top is the ultimate layering piece.
How cute are the T-Strap Flats? These shoes can be styled so many different ways.
Our office coordinator has a courageous coolness about the way she dresses. There’s nothing quiet about how she presents herself. You can almost guarantee she’ll have on an awesome loud print or a bright color if not pasted across her lips. Perhaps what I covet most about her wardrobe, are the true pieces that make it up – her funky fringe jacket, cool vintage pin, artisan rings, and perfectly grunge tee – all seemingly one-of-a-kind (if not so). She knows how to pull them all together with attitude. Whatever look she is going after she makes it fearless and exhilarating. Check out what she wore this week…
I should also mention she’s a pro at braided hair styles!
Now for a little bit more about her, in her own words :)
Our assistant web merchandiser was amazingly styled again today! She looks so free and happy in her flowing teal dress and ruffled flower-print tank. The dress, a piece from the Free People Convertibles Category, is one of her favorites for mixing and matching. Today, she layered it perfectly with a feminine tank, but she said she’s also been able to dress it up for formal events with a pretty pair of shoes, wear it as a belted casual dress, and, in colder weather, paired it with a cozy sweater. What she loves most about it? The bright and cheerful color =)
What perfects the outfit though, is that straw hat! She picked it up at a sample sale not too long ago, and it’s just right for the sunny day we’re having here today. You can tell it got her in a good mood, because she laughingly shared one of her favorite cheesy jokes with me. I’m giggling at my desk just thinking of it. Thought you’d all enjoy a little chuckle too, so, “have you heard?”
