This video is a really neat paper animation, directed by Makoto Yabuki. Supposedly it represents thinking outside the box, and an artist getting inspiration – I just wish that papers would react like this when I draw!
This video makes me want to go to the aquarium right now! It was shot by Jon Rawlinson at the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium in Japan. This particular tank is the second largest aquarium tank in the world! How fun would it be to be that scuba diver at the bottom…
Via Now Voyager. P.S. The fullscreen version is pretty rocking.
I was so happy to stumble onto this video today! It’s the Rolling Stones back in 1966 performing Paint It Black. I love finding these old performances, and check out Mick’s jacket! It’s amazing. Plus he’s so cute! He he!
Come to Kahn Park at 11th and Pine Street tonight and see an awesome show by the West Philadelphia Orchestra! Their music is really fun, boot-stomping good, inspired the music of Eastern Europe. Check out the video below for a sampling!
11th at Pine St.
Remember Carrie’s cool time-lapse video from yesterday? She videotaped the lobby from down the hallway for quite a few hours to create a time-lapse view of the creation of our lobby garden!
However, leaving the camera recording the hallways for so long meant she caught some other interesting goings-on as well. You guys will love this clip of one of our production designers hamming it up! I wish I could dance like that…
Here is the next installment of our video from the Company of Thieves show last weekend at We The Free! This song is called The Fire Song. See the first video here, and our fun interview with them here! Enjoy!
As many of you know, we were delighted to have Company of Thieves play at our We The Free store in Brooklyn this past weekend! Our Assistant Art Director Carrie popped up to see the show, and she took some great video of it! Here’s one of the songs below – they sounded great! Check back later this week for more video of the show!
Thank you Company of Thieves! And thank you Carrie!
